Yes. On October 18, 2026 we opened Seedance2Video in phone-sized views of Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone and walked through every step below up to the sign-in button. Each control was on screen and reachable without zooming. Steps after sign-in (submitting, waiting and downloading) are the same as on desktop and are described in the desktop walkthrough further down.
- Open the Seedance 2.5 page. Type seedance2video.io/seedance-2-5 into Chrome or Safari. The page shows three buttons: Start for free, View pricing and Watch examples.
- Tap Start for free. It opens the text-to-video generator with Seedance 2.5 already picked in the AI Model menu. The menu lists 8 models, so check the label before you go on.
- Type your prompt. The prompt box sits directly under the model menu and takes long, detailed prompts.
- Pick the frame and quality. Choose an aspect ratio (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4 or 21:9) and a clarity of 480p, 720p or 1080p. For Reels, Shorts or TikTok, pick 9:16.
- Set the length and audio. Drag the duration slider anywhere from 4 to 30 seconds and leave Generate Audio on or switch it off.

It offers two modes, Image Reference and First & Last Frame. When we opened it, the model menu showed Seedance 2.5 Lite, so switch the menu to Seedance 2.5 if you want the full model.
Is there a Seedance 2.5 Android app?
No. Seedance2Video has no Android app to download, and none is needed: the site runs in Chrome on Android with the same generator, settings and credit balance as on a computer. You will find Play Store apps that use the Seedance name, but they are separate products with their own accounts and prices, and your Seedance2Video credits do not carry over to them. If you want an icon on your home screen, open the Seedance 2.5 page in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Add to Home screen; it opens the website, not a separate app.
The same goes for iPhone. There is nothing to install from the App Store; open the page in Safari, and if you want a shortcut, use Share → Add to Home Screen.

Yes, in Safari. In our iPhone view the generator stacked into one column: model menu, prompt box, aspect ratio, clarity, then duration and the sign-in button further down. Google sign-in appeared as a sheet at the bottom of the screen. Because the image uploader accepts HEIC and HEIF, you can pick a photo from your camera roll without converting it first.
Two habits help on a phone. Keep the tab open while a job runs rather than refreshing it, and if the keyboard covers the settings, close it before you scroll down to the duration slider.

How do I use Seedance 2.5 online on a PC, step by step?
1. Open the generator
Go to the Seedance 2.5 page and click Start for free. You land in the generator with Seedance 2.5 selected. The product page holds descriptions and examples; the generator holds the controls, so check the model label there.
2. Choose text or image input
Use text-to-video when the scene can be invented from a written brief. Use the image-to-video page when the look of a real product, person or place matters, and confirm the preview after the upload. Start with one image; add more only to fix a specific problem such as product identity.

Decide what counts as a pass before you run it: the action happens, the subject stays recognizable, and the last frame is usable in an edit.
5. Generate once and keep the record
Read the cost line, then submit. Keep the history entry, and watch that job rather than starting an identical one. Wait times depend on length, resolution and queue load, so there is no fixed finish time. If an error appears, note the exact message before retrying.
6. Review and download
Watch the whole clip and compare the opening, middle and end for drift, unwanted camera moves and cropping. Finished videos are delivered as MP4 files and stay in My Creations. Save the prompt and settings with the file, and change one thing at a time when you revise.
